When I first picked up this book, I was expecting to read about strategies to become a better leader. Instead this book is a wonderful collection of historic examples as to why leadership succeeds or fails on the both the social and biological levels. Personally, I love history and biology, so hearing all of these stories was far more engaging than any self-help book, and resonated with me; being on both sides as a leader and on a team.

Absolutely my favorite sketching tool! Nothing beats the flow and smoothness of Pentel Brush Pens. I use them for both loose and tight sketches and hand lettering. It's easy to go between thin details lines and large washes of color, just by changing the angle and pressure of the brush tip. I highly recommend this, it'll change the way you sketch!
